Neurology Nurse Practitioner / Physician AssistantJoin an integrative non-profit integrated regional health system in NW Ohio (outside of Toledo). Suburban community offering a high quality of life, affordable housing, and good school districts.Join an expanding Neurology practice focusing on memory care and cognitive disorders. Collaborative team of 5 providers (2 MDs and 3APPs). Practice supports Alzheimer, stroke, headache, movement disorders, nerve pain, seizure disorders. Hospital-employed position. Monday - Friday, no evenings/weekends. Average 12 patients p/day allowing for longer patient support. Coordinate care and connect patients and caregivers with community resources. Shared office phone call, 1:3 rotation. Cerner EMR.Training offered to NP/PA's interested in Neurology or Memory Care!
